This layout took me forever to make, lol, but I like the way it turned out.
I had seen a layout a friend made where she did kind of a patch work design with some papers from the kit she used, and I thought neet. I then got the idea to do a quilt like pattern using almost all the papers in Blushbutter's Gentle kit, the only ones I left out were the music sheet, paper and wood onesall the rest worked as they look like fabric. So I opened up the 14 papers, resized them until I got them to work into the pattern I wanted. I then used stitching that I recoloured white from Blushbutter's Cardboard button, ribbon, wrapped & stitched frames to make the stitching so it looks quilted. Everything other then the stitches and the writing on the flags which is lace from Woolsweaterstreet.com. Everything else is from Blush's Gentle kit.
The picture is Michelle on her 18th birthday, Jan 5th, this year.
