Ivy Scraps Designer Contest Week 3 - Vote & Freebie

For week 3's designer challenge at Ivy Scraps we had to pick our favoirte colour and make our own monotone color palette, then create a kit about us and what we like, our favorite flower, things to do, reading, writing etc...

I had a hard time choosing between blues and purples, but after discussing it with my family they said go blue, so that's what I did, lol. There are Angels, a cross, unicorn, writing instruments, cat, butterflies and roses, and the pearl Angel is of significance to me as pearls are my birthstone. As you can tell Angels are very much a part of me, the EAL in my designer name stands for Enchanted Angel Lisa, lol as I also love enchanted/fantasy things, hense the unicorn. I love my family too, but was hard to incorporate them all so I put the Angel holding the baby to represent motherhood. I clustered elements so that I could fit in as much of me as I could, lol. There's so much more I wanted to add to this kit, but since we're supposed to only have 6 elements, well I did 7, I had to stop. I see this kit continuing in the near future, lol.

Anyways there are 4 papers, and 7 elements, all 300dpi and 12x12, shadows for display only.

Ivy Scraps Designer Contest Week 2 - Vote & Freebie

Wow this weeks challenge at Ivy Scraps was a lot tougher, as everything had to be made from scratch, no CU allowed with the exception of CU fonts for the alpha and word art.

We were allowed to use what came with our program, textures, brushes, shapes, or ones we make ourselves only. No  use of extracted scans or photographs, and no clip arts were allowed, so it was a great learning experience that's for sure, but I must say it was a lot of fun.

We had to  have the following in the kit to meet the criteria:

4 papers one of which must be plaid, 6 elements, which must have the following: 1 flower, 1 word art, and 1 journaling tag, and an alpha (upper & lower), the rest was up to us.

The theme was Romance, and the colour scheme is below

Ivy Scraps Designer Contest Week 1 - Vote & Freebie

Ivy Scraps is having a Designer Contest, and I thought it would be fun to enter and I would learn some new tricks.

Week 1 was to create a Daddy & Me mini kit, with the colours they provided.

Bella's Love Revisited, Freebie QP's & 40% off

One of the wonderful CT Members from The Creativity Box, Tonya requested my Bella's Love Mega Kit Revamped and created the most beautiful layouts which she turned into QP's for you all.
