Although Christmas is over, this will work for next year, I used a combo of Blush's Christmas Vintage kit and the book(re-coloured) from Baby Girl Heart Strings Mega Kit **Both on sale now!!
This one was made with Blush's Snow Flakes Winter Kit
This is with a combo of Craft Scrapbooking Clipart Graphics Kit and Princess Party Scrapbooking Print-n-cuts Pack **Both on sale
This was made for the men using Blush's Good Men kit, wonderful for the men in your life
Now I use PSP not Photoshop, and there's a png stamp that works great with PSP and other graphic programs that comes in it.

Birthday Quilted

This layout took me forever to make, lol, but I like the way it turned out.
I had seen a layout a friend made where she did kind of a patch work design with some papers from the kit she used, and I thought neet. I then got the idea to do a quilt like pattern using almost all the papers in Blushbutter's Gentle kit, the only ones I left out were the music sheet, paper and wood onesall the rest worked as they look like fabric. So I opened up the 14 papers, resized them until I got them to work into the pattern I wanted. I then used stitching that I recoloured white from Blushbutter's Cardboard button, ribbon, wrapped & stitched frames to make the stitching so it looks quilted. Everything other then the stitches and the writing on the flags which is lace from Woolsweaterstreet.com. Everything else is from Blush's Gentle kit.
The picture is Michelle on her 18th birthday, Jan 5th, this year.

Our Pets

Silvia Romeo is hosting a Pet Lover's challenge at 3Scrapateers, (click here to join the challenge, if you do you get a $2 coupon to Silvia's store), so I had to join in and scrap my pets.
First layout (above) is for this month's challenge. The one below is our crazy cat, who thinks he's the official keeper of the fridge, as you can see from the pictures.
Both were made with Whiskers Kit by Silvia Romeo. It's a great kit for your kitty pictures, but as you can see from above, you can use it for dogs too

A special dance

This kit is really beyond stunning, I adore it, and am so honored to be able to work with it.
This is a picture of my grandmother and her son, my uncle Jack dancing at my wedding. It's not the greatest picture exposure wisebut I did what I could to fix it, and it's the only picture I have of them like this, and I love it.

This kit is even more beautiful they the previews show, it's truly stunning.

My Delights

Flergs is having a competition on her blog to be on her CT Team and you get this wonderful kit called Strawberry Delight Mini Kit, to do the competition with. If you want to join in hurry, as free download of the kit is only active till January 18th, but you have till the 25th to enter the contest.
Blush had shared the link and said the kit so pretty, so of course I had to check it out, and she was so right, it's such a pretty mini kit, I thought, I'll give it a shot.
We were allowed to re-colour items, so I recoloured the one paper to blue, along with the sparkle overlay.
The theme of the layout given is, "What Brings You Delight" and since it's my children, that's what I scrapped.
Info on the competition is posted below, or you can just click on the link above to go to Flergs' blog.

Forever Friends

I did this layout as a tribute to my grandmother, Mia (top picture) and her best friend of almost 50 years, Mavis. Their frienship endured both good times and bad, but they were friends till the end, and wonderful ladies.

Blessed are the children...

I found this freebie word art, (link below), and I just had to us it in a layout as it made me laugh
I used a picture of the girls at Christmas because I had all of them in it, and that's so hard to get without someone hurting the other, lol.
